2022 ASCO Annual Meeting Merit Award Recipients

Annual Meeting Merit Awards support oncology trainees who are first authors on abstracts selected for presentation at the ASCO Annual Meeting. This year, Conquer Cancer will recognize 151 recipients with Merit Awards. These oncology professionals are recognized for their respective field and research advancements within the cancer care community.

Dr. Mark Oliva on Microbiome Research for Patients with Head and Neck Cancers

Dr. Oliva used support from a 2019 Young Investigator Award to lead vital preliminary research that is bringing subsequent clinical trials to life for patients with oropharyngeal cancers.
